“There is something in the nature of tea that leads us into a world of quiet contemplation of life.” – Lin Yutang
Chai For The Soul is created with the intention to share the life-altering benefits of spiritual and wellness practices as well as demystify them. While there is a lot of information on these subjects, it can so easily become overwhelming. Believe me, I’ve been trying to study these for the last four years and still sometimes don’t know where to start.
So through stories, guides and research, I hope that you can find ways to implement them in your daily lives and be the best version of yourselves. While I run Chai For The Soul, it really belongs to all the wonderful and like-minded friends I am lucky to call my friends.
It’s an homage to the drink that triggered it all for me. It was chai that brought about chance encounters with people who have changed my life. So many nights spent talking about childhood issues, breaking down patterns of failed relationships, discovering aspects of myself I had failed to recognize and designing my own future – all of it with one constant, chai.
So, I highly recommend enjoying all our stories and articles with a cup of chai too for the full effect. You won’t regret it, I promise.

My name is Camille, 28, from France. I completed two 10-day Vipassana courses in 2018 and 2019 and I surprisingly managed to keep the daily 2-hour practice for 6 months. Here is my testimony of this quite intense dive into the world of Vipassana!
For the last few years of my life, journaling has become a key tool for me in self-discovery, getting organized and manifesting my dream life. It is a tool that is so powerful, yet so personal and fluid, that many get overwhelmed with how to get started and how to use it for optimum results.
It has officially been 50 days since this lockdown began, but hey, who’s counting? I actually quite enjoyed it when it started. Gave me a break from the hectic days full of travel and hustle. No one to disturb us at home, we could build a routine as we please. Eat cereal at 9pm in pyjamas, because why not. And so we did.
